How many of you have gone to preview an #openhouse because you loved the way a home looked online, only to be disappointed with how different it looked in person? I know I have! While I believe in showing a home in the best light when marketing it for my clients, it’s important to not go overboard with certain angles and bubble camera lenses that make the rooms look way larger than they are, or photoshop defects out of true room condition. I find that potential customers/buyers are so irritated with the difference pics make compared to reality, that they are turned off with the actual home. What do you think?
