Price Increased: 1st week of October = 2 vs 3rd week of October = 3 (+1)
Contingent: 1st week October = 7 vs 3rd week of October = 7 (same)
Expired Listings: 1st week of October = 5 vs 3rd week of October = 1 (-4)
Pending Listings: 1st week of October = 157 vs 3rd week of October = 134 (-23)
Sold Listings: 1st week of October = 113 vs 3rd week of October = 109 (-4)
Canceled Listings: 1st week of October = 10 vs 3rd week of October = 11 (+1)
As you can see, things are slowing down slightly as we head in to fall weather. There is still quite a bit of activity in these uncertain time. One reason is the continued historic low interest rates for home buyers.
