September 2021 was HOT!

What are your thoughts on the continued “sellers market” through the month of September? Believe it or not, we are slowing down a bit. It may not show up in these quick market snapshot videos, but as I watch the market daily I notice more listings that go without the dreaded “multiple offer” situation. Homes are staying on the market a little longer, and prices don’t seem to be escalating as quickly as before. We still have a way to go to get to a “balanced” market, but struggling buyers can breath a little easier now as compared to the spring/summer months.
