A continuation of strong Home Transactions in the early December market!
Here is a quick look at the stats compared to mid November. Normally we see things slow down as we get into the middle of the holiday season. While overall we are slower than the spring/summer season (normal), the Whatcom County market has actually stayed pretty active! Even a little more surprising is the fact that new listing numbers are slightly up as we enter the serious holiday season.
