Here are the final stats for the month of July, 2019.
Total number of new listings in Whatcom County (Bellingham, Lynden, Ferndale, Everson, Sumas, Mt. Baker, Blaine) for the month of July totaled 346. That is up approx. 2% from July 2018.
The total number of “pending” homes in the same time period was 279!
