As promised, here is a quick video with housing stats from Whatcom County, July ’21.

We had quite a hot July, as predicted. Prices continued to climb, with plenty of buyers vying for homes as soon as they hit the market. There still seems to be several situations of “multiple buyer” bidding, but I have noticed they are not quite as common as in months past.
