Well as you can see here, we are thankfully becoming a more balanced market for both buyer and seller transactions. We are seeing more listings as people try to realize their highest return on their home investment, while buyers enjoy more options to choose from. Another welcome outcome of the market shift is that homes are staying on market a little longer. We don’t quite see the number of “pending” notices immediately after the “offer review date” like we did for the last two years. We are still in a seller’s market, but it has cooled enough for buyers to have a chance to breath and examine exactly how they want to proceed.
