With many questions about how Covid-19 will impact the residential Real Estate market in Bellingham and ALL of Whatcom county, Here is the latest 7 day hot sheet for transactions between 4-2-20 and 4-9-20.
As you can see, we are still humming along despite several obstacles in the way. As stated in my previous blog, this is a fluid situation and the market will most likely feel impacts in the coming month or two as the “Pending/Sold” stats are mainly a product of a previous pipeline of transactions.
Luckily, the State of Washington has loosened up the restrictions after a brief complete “lockdown” of our industry. Appraisals, Inspections and even specified showings are allowed as long as we follow the guidelines set forth by the Governor.
